Change Management at the Enterprise

At the moment, the problem of internal change management at the enterprise and effectively adapt to changes in the environment is urgent for the leadership of all enterprises without exception. Consequently, in order to achieve the goals and development programs which ensure the survival and competitiveness in the market, maximizing the profitability of the enterprise, there is a need of efficient change management. The research aim is to define the components of the process of change at the enterprise and basic principles of change management. The various models of changes at the enterprises developed in the twentieth century and remain relevant today are shown. In addition, the various authors explore concepts which exist in the world, and allow obtaining a positive effect from the introduction of the change management process at the enterprise. Also the «formula of change», which mathematically describes the process of change and determines the implementation is considered. On the basis of this formula modernized «formula of change» is proposed, which includes the additional factor – to support the change process of employees, which is rationale for the introduction of such a measure. The various principles of change management, which reveal different aspects and comprehensively characterize the process, are listed. They describe the basic requirements for the system and the structure of the implementation process of change management at the company. The research results can be applied practically in the change management at the enterprises of different directions, as well as in detailed study of theoretical material.
